Alisha was born in Florida on July 14, 1989. Her first film role was Murder on Her Mind, a short film from 2008. She pursued acting full-time in the 2010s where she made her debut film role in 2014's Just Before I Go. In addition, she appeared in one episode of Criminal Minds as well as Married. She was born on 7th October 1986, Dallas, Texas, USA in the United States where she was raised and grew up with siblings and parents. Holland Roden was educated at the Hockaday School. This is an exclusive girls' school. Her background is in medicine and her entire family studied women studies and molecular science at UCLA. Holland Roden, who wanted to become a thoracic or cardiothoracic surgeon, attended premedical classes in the past few years. She decided later to pursue acting. It was not long before she began playing one-time roles in other shows, including Switched at Birth and Major Crimes. She next played Nurse Kelsey in 2 episodes of General Hospital.
